Tender Notice for UBWIZA SACCO KARONGI SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS AND LAN INSTALLATION
UBWIZA SACCO KARONGI invites all interested, experienced, and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for the supply, delivery, LAN installation, as detailed in the following lots: Lot 1: SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS and PROJECTOR Lot 2: LAN INSTALLATION. In this regard, UBWIZA SACCO KARONGI wishes to invite all qualified suppliers to submit their technical and financial proposals together with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 4493627603 of UBWIZA SACCO KARONGI opened in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. The Tender Document, Terms of References and Technical requirements can be obtained to the head office of UBWIZA SACCO KARONGI in the office of procurement officer in working hours (8h00' AM To 5h00' PM). The selection and award shall be based on conformance with the technical specifications and financial offer. Only the best bidder for each lot shall be invited for contract negotiations. The proposals will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend the opening session.
